In 2017, after our previous Rhodesian Ridgeback died, we started to research Ridgeback breeders and were very drawn to Zejak Ridgebacks, even though there were a number of other breeders closer to us, in East Anglia.
On our first visit to Jackie, we were impressed by her dogs’ friendly, outgoing nature as well as their beauty and athleticism. Jackie’s vast knowledge and love for her dogs was immediately obvious and we felt reassured that her breeding decisions would always result in healthy dogs, with excellent temperaments. Jackie’s arrangements, combining family life, other animals and regular visiting days is a great start to building the confidence that puppies need to grow into relaxed and friendly dogs.
A few months later, after a couple more visits to see the puppies, we were delighted to welcome Bibi into our family. She is a friendly, loving and healthy girl, who is also beautiful and intelligent. She has been a pleasure to train and she enjoys obedience and agility.
