I would like to thank you for our wonderful Duma. As I’m sure you remember I contacted you in 2019 to be added to your waiting list to purchase one of your litter.
I had promised my 10year old son Thomas we would look for a Rhodesian Ridgeback when we moved from Teddington to Hartley Wintney after his father’s passing in July 2018.
He desperately wanted a RR as a close friend of ours has one and he adores him.
From the beginning Jackie, you were an absolute joy! Caring, compassionate, professional throughout. You recommended Duma as being the pet that would best complement our family with his warm ,docile nature, not too head strong for us to handle.
He is well trained as an adult, sits at the side of the road before crossing without commands.
We wanted to give Duma the happy life he deserves, you were there for us when I had my break down, offering sound advice, solutions as I struggled with everyday life. I didn’t have the energy nor motivation to even walk our Duma.
You were by my side throughout, understanding, supportive, nothing was too much trouble, I could pick up the phone with confidence knowing you had ours and Dumas best interests at heart.
Duma is an absolute credit to you and his parents. He is our pride and joy, our gentle giant!
We can’t imagine our lives without him!
